Every coaching package is tailored to your life and situation. Whatever areas you choose to focus on, we will co-create a program that makes you come alive.

All packages include:

  • Reflection tools that help us assess your current life and situation and kick off the coaching.

  • A well-being check-in.

  • A jointly designed plan detailing the qualities you need to build to achieve your most desired outcomes, plus a road map for doing so.

  • Two 60-minute online coaching sessions per month (adjusted to suit schedule & circumstances).

  • Tasks for implementing learning and insights between sessions.

  • A coaching journal.

  • Recommendations for relevant resources and additional learning material (books, articles, exercises, audio material, apps etc.).

  • Ongoing support between sessions, as needed.

  • Ignite.

    6 coaching sessions, duration up to 4 months.

    One specific focus area.

    Example: ”I am starting to feel overwhelmed and need to learn how to say NO to more work. I want to have a life outside the office”.

    Price: 855€ (save 45€) or 2 installments of 450€.

    9 coaching sessions, duration up to 6 months.

    The goals touch more than one area in life.

    Example: ”The hyper achiever in me causes me to push my team too hard, and my family is fed up with me constantly working”.

    Price: 1.280€ (save 70€) or 3 installments of 450€.

  • Thrive.

    12 coaching sessions, duration up to 9 months.

    Multiple goals that touch several areas of life or a big vision that demands a lot.

    Examples: ”I am new in my position and really starting to feel the pressure, and we’ve just had a baby, which puts a lot of strain on our relationship and I have no time for myself”

    OR

    ”I’ve been offered the chance of a life time and I need help in managing several stakeholders’ conflicting demands and delegating effectively while I steer in very choppy waters”.

    Price: 1.700€ (save 100€) or 4 installments of 450€.
